BOOKING: Book your tours directly with JETT. At the time of booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to process your reservation and prepay certain services. Tailor-made tours attract an extra charge.
PAYMENT: Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to JETT. No contract shall exist until JETT has confirmed receipt of completed booking form stating compliance with the terms and conditions, responsibility and liability specified thereon.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations by clients take effect from the date they are received in writing by JETT, and will attract the following charges:
60-45 days prior to departure - 30% of tour price
44-30 days prior to departure - 50% of tour price
29 days-scheduled to departure - forfeiture of total tour cost.
Tour price is fully refundable upon cancellation of tour by JETT.
REFUNDS: No refunds are granted for missing any portions of the tour once it has commenced.
REBATES: Rebates are available for tour participants below 18 years provided they are accompanied by at least one adult.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: Tour participants are advised to take a comprehensive travel insurance covering baggage, personal belongings and health to ensure coverage for baggage damage, loss or delay, illness, injury, accident, death, repatriation and/or other mishaps occasioned directly or indirectly by natural disasters.
JETT quotations allow variation in transport, hotel, duty, taxes or fees if occasioned by change in foreign exchange rates that occur prior to full payment being received.
To provide better services for our clients, JETT may also, at any time, make alterations to the original tour package including time, restaurant, hotel and itinerary changes as we deem necessary or advisable.
Personal expenses incurred by tour participants during preparation for the trip (eg. air ticket advances, visa fees etc) and in the course of the tour (eg. gratuities, taxes, telex, phone calls, laundry services, health and beauty treatments, extra drinks) are not borne by JETT.
